Is Risk of Rain worth it solo?
Yes, it's worth it for solo play. It's more doable playing solo this game (and RoR 1) than Risk of Rain 2 IMHO. And controller is absolutely recommended, but I've seen skilled keyboard players doing very well in this game too. It is a solo game.
